Jakob:<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The clouds were rainy but we made the short leg down to Baggviken on Mj\u00e4lt\u00f6n, Sweden's highest island (236 m above sea level). Not very crowded between the boats in the sheltered little lagoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mj\u00e4lt\u00f6n's top is surrounded by cobblestone fields, seawalls from the time just after the ice age when the top was just a small seal in the sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A large part of Mj\u00e4lt\u00f6n's rocky beaches are red from rapakivi granite, so are the surrounding islands. A couple of pictures are from \u00d6nnsk\u00e4r just east of Mj\u00e4lt\u00f6n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
