This morning we woke up on Birssk\u00e4r in the southwestern part of the Finnish archipelago to a wonderfully beautiful, calm and warm morning after a few cold, rainy and windy days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a dream summer morning with a morning dip, yoga on the rocks and a rowing trip to Stensk\u00e4r to buy freshly smoked perch and vegetables from the family that owns the guest jetty. They are real multi-taskers, which you often have to be as an archipelago resident. They run a small farm, fish, smoke fish, knit, sell their products to guests, and rent out cabins. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The perch tasted like childhood, i.e. wonderfully good \"\ud83d\ude0b\"! Today we are heading east to the \u00c5land archipelago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
