We made two attempts to get north, but even after the second attempt the sea was too high so we had to turn around, again. Now we'll stay here overnight, and then we'll see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We had intended to go a long distance today, largely out of reach and in shallow fairways, so we started for the first time already at 06.00. Wind from the SW, 13-14 m\/s in the villages. We hoisted the mainsail but we realized almost immediately when we were heading out to sea that this was not going to be fun. We turned around and were back in the harbor after less than an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Soon after, a rain front passed, the wind shifted to the west and decreased slightly, it cleared up and life felt better. After a walk to the fish shop, we decided to try again. This time we got a little further but the lake was still too rough for us to like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
