The first night on Karlö it blew up and for long periods we had a steady wind of around 20 m/s; the maximum reading when I looked at the anemometer was 23.5 m/s. We were sheltered in the harbor but leaving here was out of the question.
Only on the third day did it start to swell. However, there was still quite a lot of sea at sea so we stayed another night.
